Return Policy

Need to make a return? We're sorry you didn't find just what you were looking for! To be eligible for a return, items must be returned new, unused, in their original condition and with all TWO SISTERS and designer garment tags still attached. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will NOT be accepted.

Vintage and Resale Items: All sales final. No returns or exchanges. If you have a concern or reservations about a purchase, please call the shop for additional information. 

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and must be returned to us within 7 days of the request. Returns that do not meet any part of our policy may not be accepted and will not be refunded. Additionally, repeated returns made by a customer will be monitored and the account may be suspended.

If you are still deciding whether or not to keep an item please take extra care with the following:
COLORS: We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on TWO SISTERS as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.

TAGS: Items must have all original tags attached to be considered for return. Dresses MUST have all original tags, included Two Sisters hanging tag to be eligible for return.

Please note that the following items are considered FINAL SALE:
KC Essentials, Bees knees, Queens Bees, Bags, Jewelry, Undergarments, ALL Vintage and Contemporary Items/ Resale and ALL merchandise discounted at 40% or more, or marked FINAL SALE.
Items designated as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. If a FINAL SALE item is sent back without approval TWO SISTERS reserves the right to send back to the customer.
Lastly, all merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment. If you find a product to be defective, please notify us as soon as possible.

How to Request a Return

Orders placed on twosistersde.com may be returned through twosistersde.com or directly to our store in Wilmington, DE. If you are unhappy and have read our Return Policy, you will have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return. To do so, email [email protected] with your order number, requesting a return. We will then send you a return authorization number. You can then return your item to us at 1601 Concord Pike Wilmington, DE. 19703 or mail the package back to us with your preferred method of choice. We strongly recommend you insure your package, Two Sisters will not be held responsible should any package be damaged or lost.
